Warranty Policy
PartLogic provides a 12-month warranty on all products from the date of delivery, unless a longer warranty period is clearly stated on the product page, invoice, or supplied documentation.
This warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy if a product does not meet the consumer guarantees.
This warranty does not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
What Our Warranty Covers
Our 12-month warranty covers faults or defects in products that occur under normal use during the warranty period.
If an item is assessed and found to be faulty, defective, or not operating as intended due to a product fault, PartLogic will arrange an appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Making a Warranty Claim
To start a warranty claim, please contact us at:
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the fault, where possible
- Any relevant testing results, installation details, or supporting information
We may request additional information to properly assess the claim.
Returning an Item for Assessment
In some cases, the item may need to be returned to us or to our supplier/manufacturer for inspection and testing.
Items must not be returned without first contacting us and receiving return approval. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
Where possible, returned items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Assessment and Outcome
Once the item has been received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome of the warranty claim.
If the claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the circumstances.
If the item is found not to be faulty, or the fault is found to have been caused by an excluded reason such as misuse, incorrect installation, damage, modification, or use outside specifications, the warranty claim may be declined.
Special-Order and Sourced Items
Special-order, custom-sourced, non-stock, clearance, or final-sale items are covered by our 12-month warranty and any rights that apply under Australian Consumer Law.
However, change-of-mind returns or returns due to incorrect product selection may not be accepted for these items.
